Medical device regulatory compliance
Our medical Laser and IPL systems are fully compliant with all of the regulatory framework for the UK and Europe. This is overseen by our own LPA (Laser Protection Advisor), who works closely with Europe’s top medical device regulatory representative.

Technical support
Our national technical support ensures a quick response and resolution from our highly-qualified technicians in the unlikely event of a technical fault. We maintain an extensive stock of parts for repairs, and spare machines if an off-site repair is required. This enables us to ensure our Skyncare family members quickly have a working machine again.

Device quality
All our Laser & IPL devices are assembled by our ISO 13485 medical manufacturer, using the best medical grade components sourced from market-leaders across the world – Flashlamps from the UK; Water pumps from Italy; Power modules from Japan; and Laser components from Germany and the USA.

Safety
We remain one of the only Laser & IPL technology providers to have our own in-house LPA (Laser Protection Advisor), which means expert laser safety advice and free LPA support (required by local authorities) for our Skyncare Family members.
