Accreditation
Our in-depth training has been professionally accredited against NOS standards for levels 3, 4 and 5 to ensure you receive the essential knowledge base for performing treatments with your new machine and meet insurance provider requirements.
On-site practical training
When it comes to advanced aesthetic treatments such as laser, there should be no compromise on the quality of training that you receive. That's why all our practical training is conducted in-person by our highly experienced trainer to ensure the highest standards of learning (a non-negotiable for laser). What's more, there's no need to travel - our trainers will come to you for your convenience.

Our medical-grade machines are manufactured to the highest standards. However, in the unlikely event of a technical fault, our highly-skilled technicians are ready to provide a quick response and solution to any issue. And if we can't repair your machine on-site, we provide a free temporary replacement machine until yours is ready again. This ensures our Skyncare family members are quickly able to resume their treatments.
Dedicated support channel
Whether you have technical or treatment questions, our friendly team are always on-hand to help you. Our dedicated support WhatsApp channel enables us to quickly reply to any queries and offer our assistance. This also allows us to share useful images and videos to assist with your questions.
LPA support
Safety should be a top priority for any laser clinic, so having a certified LPA (Laser Protection Advisor) is a must when operating medical-grade laser equipment. Skyncare remains one of the only companies with an in-house LPA to provide free support and assistance in ensuring your clinic meets the highest standards of laser safety and compliance.
EMP treatment protocols
With all our medical-grade laser systems, we provide free in-depth treatment protocols that have been co-developed and signed-off by a laser EMP (Expert Medical Practitioner). Often a strict requirement of local authorities and other regulating bodies, these protocols provide expert guidance on all aspects of your treatments.
